Refund policy

At Kaspy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Only regular-priced products are eligible for return. Clearance, sale, and heavily discounted products are not eligible.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@kaspy.co.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions.

  3. A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or provided as store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available in cases of wrong size, incorrect item delivered, or product defects.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
